The Problem

I realized that as an industry, we were missing a more holistic approach to change that included a larger focus on mental health. I decided to increase my education and knowledge to better help those who desire true change.

My Approach

I view life and my practice with an existential approach and use such therapies ACT, CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing. We all have opportunities in life to create and become what and who we want to be. We all have barriers as well

My Goal

Creating your unique essence as a human and choosing to act authentically will create freedom. My goal within therapy is to help you gain self-awareness and learn more about yourself. When we as humans increase authenticity, anxieties and depressive symptoms can be relieved.

Learning to cope with many of life's difficulties is necessary. We can help you learn to manage stressors in order to feel more at peace with life. I would love to work with you if you are struggling with mental health or wellness issues that are causing chaos or continued stress in your life.
